Es ist soweit: Die Brav_a #8 Ist gedruckt und bereit zum gelesen werden! Schwerpunkte waren diesmal die Themen „Arbeit“ und „Streit“. Daher gibt es interessante Interviews von Leuten über ihre Situation bezüglich Lohnarbeit und einen tollen Psychotest mit dem ihr euren Streit-Typ ermitteln könnt. Des weiteren gibt unsere neue Kolumne “Dr. Zecke’s Love Advice” – halbseidene Ratschläge zum Thema Liebe und Freundschaft – und ein englischer Text behandelt die ungleiche Verteilung von emotionaler Arbeit in Heterokonstellationen. Zusätzlich gibt es wieder eine fantastische Foto-Love-Story und ein Poster von der BOIBAND – und vieles mehr! An dieser Stelle vielen vielen Dank an die Autor_innen und alle anderen Unterstützer_innen!!!
Wo und wann könnt ihr euer Exemplar der Brav_a bekommen? Wir schaffen es leider nicht eine Release-Veranstaltung auf die Beine zu stellen. Aber wir werden demnächst auf zwei Veranstaltungen vertreten sein, wo ihr euch Hefte unter den Nagel reißen könnt (s.u.). Ansonsten findet ihr die Brav_a ab 20ten Oktober auch wieder in den üblichen Läden oder könnt sie auch per E-Mail bei uns bestellen!

am 29. bis 30. Oktober findet das Zinefest Berlin im Greenhouse statt
und am 26. November findet zum zweiten Mal die Queeres Verlegen Messe in Berlin statt und wir haben wieder einen Tisch
Zum Schluss wollen wir euch noch auf ein Projekt aufmerksam machen, das in sofern mit der Brav_a zu tun hat, das unsere Layouterin aktiv daran beteiligt war, die Autorin schon öfters in der Brav_a geschrieben hat, und die selbe tolle Druckerei wie für die Brav_a genutzt wurde: Der Roman “Dienstag: Homobar” von Katrin Frank erscheint im Oktober als Taschenbuch! Und das Buch ist toll. Hier der Teaser:

Finally: Brav_a #8 has been printed and is ready to be read! Our focus topics were “work” and “conflicts”. Therefore we have interesting interviews with people about their situation in regard to jobs and a wonderful psyche test to find out your “conflict type”. Furthermore, our new column “Dr. Zecke’s Love Advice“ gives questionable advice on love and friendship problems. And a text in English deals with unequal distribution of emotional labor in hetero constellations. And we also have a poster of the BOIBAND and much more! Thanks a lot to all the contributors and helping hands!!
Where can you get your issue of Brav_a? We aren’t able to organize a release event this time, but as mentioned in our last post, we will be present at two events where you can get your copy (see below). From the 20th of October on you can find Brav_a also in the usual shops or you can order it via e-mail directly from us.

Finally, we want to call your attention to a project that is related to Brav_a because the author has published in Brav_a before, one of us did the layout and the same awesome printing shop was involved: The novel “Dienstag: Homobar” (written in German) from Katrin Frank will be published in Octover as soft cover!
